Astral travel and astral projection.
When we dream and remember it vividly is that just a dream or have we really encountered a new realm of life?
We are able to travel to other higher dimmensions to meet family members that have passed or meet a friend who is in another part of the world. How do you know that is real? We do. It is as real as the air we breath and the food we eat. Monks have been doing this EXACT proess for centuries. They are able to train themselves and thier minds to relax, empty out all of the outter world’s influences and to be one with energy. This is what meditation is about. To be one with energy on the highest level one can be without being passed. There are stories of Monks actually dying due to controlling their breathing so much that they actually cut off the amount of air to the brain. Although rare, this is a real dangerous process even when you know what you are doing.
The places and levels Monks go to is on an entirely different level and existance then we are aware of in our daily lives. Monks are not the only one’s who can achieve this level of spiritual awareness takes a long time to get to. Years of work, deditcation, sacrafices and love for one’s spirit and that of life itself. This is what mediums call Astral Travel. We are able to do the traveling alone or with another person at a set time and day. As a medium I have worked for a long time to achieve many levels of travel and to be able to see through the window to the other side. It is a very wonderful thing to be able to do. It is also a part of outter body expierences that only you or the other person who travels with you are able to confirm the connection and loacation(s) that have been visited.
The other heavier form of this is Astral Projection. This is when a person is able to project themselves in a physically solid manner in a different part of their home, yard, world etc. This is NOT to be confused with Remote Viewing. There is a big difference. Remote viewing is when a medium is able to see into a place but not be seen by anyone else. Astral Projection is when a medium or even a child can PROJECT a real “physical” apperance to another person. It is almost like watching a movie projected onto a screen. The person is in a different part of the house while in the bedroom the child of that person has made themselves seen and heard in a solid manner but is not anyplace near them.
This process of Projection is difficult as well to accomplish but over time and constant work on your own and with another person whom you trust to work with can be achieved. There are a few methods on how to get to this point of higher vibrational levels in different relams. It is very real and very much practiced.
