True mediums understand the calling of Spirit and their gifts; and part of the understanding of the higher order of spirit is to only bring positive energy into this physical world. We can only conclude that mediums who bad-mouth other mediums could not possibly be true mediums, or are mediums who have behaved badly (and so spirit has pulled back on their gift).
